Acaisoft is a Polish software house and a consulting company partnering with industry leaders across healthcare, telecom, fintech, and insurance. We specialize in delivering cloud-native, data-driven, and scalable solutions for enterprises operating in fast-moving environments. Mostly, we work with U.S.-based clients in areas like Cloud-Native Solutions, Data Engineering & AI, Cloud Cost Optimization, and Platform Engineering.
The role is fully on-site. After an initial period of cooperation, occasional remote work days may be considered.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation in accordance with the company’s internal policies and legal requirements.
- Ongoing verification, allocation (posting), and booking of purchase and sales documents.
- Issuing sales invoices and verifying the accuracy of invoices recorded in VAT registers.
- Maintaining fixed assets records.
- Settling and posting employee business trips.
- Posting and reconciling bank statements.
- Reconciling and confirming balances with suppliers and customers.
- Ongoing analysis of account entries, monitoring balances, and reconciling general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
- Active participation in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar, independent role.
- Practical knowledge of Comarch ERP Optima - required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, enabling the creation of advanced financial reports and analyses.
- English language proficiency at a minimum conversational level.
- Practical knowledge of the Accounting Act to ensure documentation complies with requirements.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high quality.

Recruitment process
STEP 1
Application
After you apply, we will review your resume and get back to you. If your experience matches the requirements, we will schedule a quick screening call to get to know you.
STEP 2
Interview
After successful screening, you will be invited to interview with one of our delivery managers alongside with software engineer who will ask you technical questions.
STEP 3
Decision
After the interviews, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a feedback and, if all goes well, job offer. The feedback process usually takes upmost to 5 business days.
