• Cloud & Platform Infrastructure: Design, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or GCP.
• Kubernetes Orchestration: Own, optimize, and improve day-to-day Kubernetes platform operations, specifically utilizing EKS and GKE.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive and enforce IaC best practices using Terraform (or similar tools) to manage environments.
• CI/CD & GitOps Automation: Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous optimization of CI/CD and GitOps workflows using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Internal Tooling & Scripting: Develop and support internal tools, automation scripts, and application-level components written in Python and/or Node.js.
• Application & Reliability Support: Support application development teams with deployments, performance fine-tuning, and overall reliability improvements.
• Security & Observability: Drive improvements in platform security, comprehensive monitoring, and cloud cost efficiency.
• Incident Management: Lead incident resolution efforts and actively contribute to long-term systemic reliability enhancements.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure engineering.
• Kubernetes Expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling Kubernetes in production environments.
• Cloud Platforms: Solid operational experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Development Skills: Professional background developing and scripting in Python and/or Node.js.
• CI/CD & GitOps: Deep understanding of designing pipelines alongside professional experience with GitOps methodologies and ArgoCD.
• IaC Tools: A solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform or comparable frameworks.
• Foundational Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Linux OS internals, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Observability: Practical experience working with monitoring and observability suites like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Soft Skills: Ability to self-start, take absolute ownership of infrastructure components, make architectural decisions, and maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams.
