Hi there! If you’re looking for a high-impact position in an ambitious software house, we’ve got a match for you!
We're looking for a DevOps / MLOps Engineer to help us shape and scale the infrastructure behind several exciting AI-driven projects.
We expect the person hired to work in a hybrid model from our Warsaw office in order to take part in brainstorming sessions, strategic meetings, and other key in-person collaborations.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Define architecture and DevOps strategy across multiple machine learning and software projects
- Oversee implementation and ensure technical consistency and quality across projects
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate directly with our engineering-focused CEO
- Stay up to date with best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud security
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or related engineering roles
- Willingness to work from the office 1–2 times per week for technical collaboration and strategy sessions
- Strong Python skills and ability to write clean, production-grade code
- Proven experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- Hands-on knowledge of ArgoCD and similar GitOps tools
- Strong architectural thinking and the ability to manage multiple project environments
Nice to have:
- Background in machine learning, AI infrastructure, or data engineering
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, MLflow, or Kubeflow
- Prior experience leading DevOps/MLOps in a startup or fast-scaling environment

Recruitment process
STEP 1
Application

Interview
After successful screening, you will be invited to interview with one of our delivery managers alongside with software engineer who will ask you technical questions.
STEP 3
Decision
After the interviews, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a feedback and, if all goes well, job offer. The feedback process usually takes upmost to 5 business days.
