We're looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to cooperate with our client.
Our customer is transforming risk management and compliance with AI-driven automation. They integrate and distill regulatory standards, security frameworks, and risk assessments into a unified solution, enabling organizations to navigate complexity, reduce risk, and stay ahead of change.
The main objective of the project is to build an MVP of an AI-driven compliance automation platform.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Developing backend code in Python.
- Building LLM workflow.Integrating with sources of data, including knowledge graphs.
- Communicating complex ideas to the client.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building Python-based backends.
- Minimum 6 months of practice with AI-based systems.
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for coding.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Google Cloud and Neo4j.
- Experience working with serverless functions.
- A degree related to the IT field (or in progress).
50 – 70 PLN

Recruitment process
STEP 1
Application
After you apply, we will review your resume and get back to you. If your experience matches the requirements, we will schedule a quick screening call to get to know you.
STEP 2
Interview
After successful screening, you will be invited to interview with one of our delivery managers alongside with software engineer who will ask you technical questions.
STEP 3
Decision
After the interviews, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a feedback and, if all goes well, job offer. The feedback process usually takes upmost to 5 business days.
