Acaisoft is a Polish software house and a consulting company partnering with industry leaders across healthcare, telecom, fintech, and insurance. We specialize in delivering cloud-native, data-driven, and scalable solutions for enterprises operating in fast-moving environments. Mostly, we work with U.S.-based clients in areas like Cloud-Native Solutions, Data Engineering & AI, Cloud Cost Optimization, and Platform Engineering.
The role is fully on-site. After an initial period of cooperation, occasional remote work days may be considered.
Working hours: within the range of 8:00 – 9:00 AM to 4:00 - 5:00 PM.
Ensuring the smooth and professional day-to-day operation of the office, including meeting support and communication with guests, couriers, and suppliers.
Handling IT-related administrative tasks, such as issuing and collecting laptops and other equipment, maintaining records, and supporting basic asset management.
Providing support in the finance and accounting area, including invoice verification, data entry, office cost settlements, and preparation of cost reports.
Cooperating with the building administrator and external contractors to ensure proper office operations and effective communication.
Managing relationships with office service providers: market research, preparing RFQs, placing orders, and negotiating basic terms of cooperation.
Administering employee benefits and insurance programs.
Performing other tasks assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or the Management Board.
