As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, your key responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging your expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and your prior experience in lead generation. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively engage with potential customers and convert them into valuable sales opportunities. This position requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong focus on achieving results.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms to identify and research potential customers and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Prospecting: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers, build connections, and obtain contact information of prospects within target industries and companies.
  • Outbound Communication: Initiate personalized outreach through emails, social media messages, and phone calls to establish rapport, introduce our products/services, and identify potential opportunities.
  • Qualification: Conduct thorough assessments of leads, utilizing your prior lead generation experience and knowledge of ideal customer profiles, to determine their suitability and alignment with our target market.
  • Database Management: Utilize HubSpot or other CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, activities, and progress in the sales funnel.
  • Follow-up and Nurturing: Engage with leads through consistent follow-ups, providing relevant information, addressing inquiries, and nurturing relationships to move prospects further along the sales cycle.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, providing insights and valuable information to support their sales efforts.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics using HubSpot or other designated tools to assess performance and optimize lead generation strategies.


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B sales environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential leads, build connections, and extract relevant information.
  • HubSpot: Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM software for lead management, database organization, and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, engage with prospects, and build relationships effectively.
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, meet targets, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of lead records.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation efforts.
