We are looking for an IT Manager who can successfully navigate both large enterprise environments and fast-paced, technology-driven startups where priorities and requirements can change quickly. You will be responsible for managing complex technical and infrastructure projects, overseeing software and DevOps solution delivery, and ensuring successful execution across distributed teams and global client organisations.
This role requires a combination of strong project and program management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to adapt to different business environments, from structured enterprise organisations to agile, innovation-focused teams.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Flexibility to attend occasional, pre-scheduled client meetings after 6:00 PM to accommodate international time zones.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT Project/Product Manager position.
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects or programs in IT, preferably involving infrastructure, DevOps, cloud platforms, or data engineering.
- Experience delivering large enterprise projects with significant budgets, maintaining control over scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and technology delivery practices.
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments where priorities and requirements may evolve frequently.
Nice to have:
- A technical background in software development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, or data engineering, or a degree in IT or a related field.
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Experience introducing automation and agentic AI solutions into business processes to reduce repetitive work and enable teams to focus on higher-value activities.
Requirements
- Manage large-scale enterprise programs and complex technical projects, including infrastructure, DevOps, and data engineering initiatives.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations, including projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Coordinate the implementation and deployment of software, infrastructure, DevOps solutions, and data engineering platforms.
- Work closely with global enterprise clients, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives.
- Oversee project execution across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring effective processes, governance, and delivery standards.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, resources, and changing priorities in both structured enterprise environments and dynamic startup settings.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes through automation and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Recruitment process
STEP 1
Application

Interview
After successful screening, you will be invited to interview with one of our delivery managers alongside with software engineer who will ask you technical questions.
STEP 3
Decision
After the interviews, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a feedback and, if all goes well, job offer. The feedback process usually takes upmost to 5 business days.
