Hi there! If you’re looking for a high-impact position in an ambitious software house, we’ve got a match for you!
We are looking for a Python Engineer with FastAPI experience. Our new Specialist will be working with the client, a US company developing a platform to help maximize Jira performance.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Development and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Working with MySQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Managing and maintaining database migrations using Alembic.
- Integrating and working with AWS services.
- Integrating external services, including the Stripe API.
- Writing and maintaining automated tests using pytest and pytest-asyncio.
- Implementing and maintaining message queues (e.g. Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis) for task orchestration.
- Applying distributed systems patterns to build scalable and reliable solutions.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Python Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and asynchronous Python (asyncio, uvicorn).
- Solid knowledge of SQLAlchemy and SQLModel.
- Good understanding of REST API design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with AWS services, particularly Cognito, S3.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
Nice to have:
- Sentry monitoring experience.
- Load testing (Locust) practice.
- Skills in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub).

Recruitment process

STEP 3
