We are seeking a Tech Writer to cooperate with our client - one of the biggest telco companies in the world. Our client delivers cutting-edge software-defined WAN, LAN, and Security managed services, complemented by advanced network analytics, enabling enterprises to simplify, optimize, and gain full control over their global network infrastructures.
Working hours: 9 am-5 pm CEST (the team is based in Poland).
Steps in the recruitment process:
- HR call (max 20 min.)
- A check-in with our Technical Manager (max 45 min.)
- Meeting with our client (+/- 50min.)

What will be your responsibilities?
- Read and understand technical inputs from engineers (architecture notes, workflows, API specs, config examples, diagrams)
- Write and maintain project documentation
- Convert engineering discussions into clean, structured documents
- Keep documentation aligned with project evolution
- Update documents based on technical changes
- Version control documents and ensure traceability
- Maintain consistent terminology and naming conventions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Excellent skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Being up to date with modern IT technologies, including cloud solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise / corporate customers.
It would be nice if you have:
- Knowledge of networking, network protocols etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
