Hi there! If you’re looking for a high-impact position in an ambitious software house we’ve got a match for you!
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with solid knowledge of Accessibility Standards (WCAG) to work with our US Client owning a Cloud cost management platform with multi-cloud support. The product provides cost visibility, allocation, optimization, and forecasting.
*Occasionally, a meeting with the client's team may occur after 5:00 PM (CEST).

Steps in the recruitment process:

What will be your responsibilities?
- Owning the end-to-end UX design process, from analyzing business requirements to delivering final solutions in collaboration with clients and project teams.
- Planning and conducting UX research, collecting and analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Creating, developing, and maintaining Design Systems while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Designing user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Designing intuitive interfaces for complex, data-intensive applications, including advanced dashboards, event communication systems, and visualizations of relationships between objects.
- Collaborating closely with development teams and Project Managers, taking technical and system constraints into account during implementation.
Requirements
- Having a portfolio of completed projects - please note that only applications submitted with an accompanying portfolio (link or file) will be taken into consideration.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Accessibility Standards (WCAG) – designing interfaces that are inclusive and accessible - MUST HAVE!
- Experience with Data-Heavy Interfaces – the ability to design dashboards and complex data visualizations.
- Knowledge of Design Systems – experience in creating, maintaining, or working with design systems.
- Experience with Analytics & Data Interpretation – the ability to work with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or FullStory to track user behavior, measure engagement, and optimize UX based on data insights.
It would be nice if you have:
- FinOps & Cloud Cost Management – Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise cost structures.

Recruitment process
STEP 1
Application

Interview
After successful screening, you will be invited to interview with one of our delivery managers alongside with software engineer who will ask you technical questions.
STEP 3
Decision
After the interviews, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a feedback and, if all goes well, job offer. The feedback process usually takes upmost to 5 business days.
