What will be your responsibilities?
Your main responsibilities for this position will be:
- Overseeing IT projects from initiation to closure, and ensuring they meet goals and standards.
- Leading cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Conducting Daily SCRUM meetings with the Team.
- Building strong client relationships and serving as the primary communication link.
- Providing detailed program reporting.
Requirements
This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a Project / Delivery Manager position.
- 3+ years of commercial software development engineering practice.
- Availability to work from our office 3 days per week.
- Well-versed in the Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experienced in Cloud technologies.
- Perfect knowledge of English (100% international clients, primarily from the USA).
It would be nice if you have:
- Agile Management and PRINCE2/PMP certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
