Hi there! If you’re looking for a high-impact position in an ambitious software house we’ve got a match for you!
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects for our Western European and US clients. We usually cooperate with fintech, cryptocurrencies, pharmaceuticals, or SaaS platform development companies. We provide personalized solutions for our partners.
Our new Manager should be open to hybrid work from our Warsaw office (+/- 3 days per week ).
What will be your responsibilities?
Your main responsibilities for this position will be:
- Managing project scoping and structuring, including goals definition, resource allocation, risk identification and mitigation, and dependency management.
- Taking care of the project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the delivery process, reports/status updates/presentations.
- Coordinating Dev, QA, and UX teamwork (ceremonies: daily and weekly meetings, sprint planning, and show & tell sessions).
- Leading employee evaluations.
Requirements
This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:
- At least 2 years of professional experience managing IT projects and teams (must have).
- Ability to work + / 3 days a week in our Warsaw (must have).
- Very good English skills (min. B2).
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
It would be nice if you have:
- Agile Management and PRINCE2/PMP certification.
- A degree in Project Management / Computer Science or a related field.

Recruitment process

Interview
After successful screening, you will be invited to interview with one of our delivery managers alongside with software engineer who will ask you technical questions.
STEP 3
Decision
After the interviews, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a feedback and, if all goes well, job offer. The feedback process usually takes upmost to 5 business days.
