Hi there! If you’re looking for a high-impact position in an ambitious software house, we’ve got a match for you!
We're looking for a Junior DevOps / MLOps Engineer to help us shape and scale the infrastructure behind several exciting AI-driven projects.
We expect the person hired to work in a hybrid model from our Warsaw office in order to take part in brainstorming sessions, strategic meetings, and other key in-person collaborations.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Ongoing development of expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps best practices
- Designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Managing application deployments within Kubernetes environments
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for DevOps projects
- Developing and supporting automation scripts in Python
- Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues while providing expert troubleshooting support
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or related engineering roles
- Willingness to work from the office 1–2 times per week for technical collaboration and strategy sessions
- Being open to learning and receiving guidance from more experienced colleagues
- Python skills and the ability to write clean code
- Some experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- Knowledge (at least in theory) of ArgoCD and/or similar GitOps tools

Recruitment process

Interview
After successful screening, you will be invited to interview with one of our delivery managers alongside with software engineer who will ask you technical questions.
STEP 3
Decision
After the interviews, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a feedback and, if all goes well, job offer. The feedback process usually takes upmost to 5 business days.
